Established in 1986, Wanheng Co., Ltd. is a professional supplier of steel valve & pump castings in China. Their headquarter is located in Binhai North Industrial Park, with a floor area of 345,000 square meter and over 1,400 employees.

They produce castings of four processes: investment casting, combined investment casting, sodium silicate casting and sand casting, equipped with AOD furnace, VOD furnace and full set of testing facilities. They have obtained many certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, TUV PED 97/23EC, ASME MO, API Q1/6D/600/6A/20A, CCS Works Approval etc.

Their current annual capacity is 28,000 tons for investment casting and 20,000 tons for sand casting, the max single casting weight is up to 10 tons. Valve casting size range is from 1/2” to 48”, pressure range is from 150LB to 4500LB. They produce castings in a variety of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steels, etc. Over the years they have been supplying castings to many well-known valve companies in USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Mexico, Japan, Korea and India.
