In 2019, one of our regular customers, Mr. Coppola from Australia, started a new business in horse float and wanted to sourcing qualified and economical horse floats from China. Because of the previous pleasant cooperation, he gave us full authority to conduct the sourcing process this time. Our work was divided into 6 stages:
1.We searched for the qualified suppliers nationwide and made a list containing 6 candidates.
2.We visited these 6 factories and negotiated with the persons in charge on price, lead time, payment terms, and transaction.
3.We completed a supplier investigation report for Mr. Coppola’s reference.
4.We worked with Mr. Coppola to select the most suitable supplier.
5.We signed the contract on behalf of Mr. Coppola.
6.Product acceptance, logistics and customs clearance.
